Refund & Exchange Policy

At Turbo Egypt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or

exchange a product, please review the policy below.

1. Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Policy

To request a return, please complete the return request form available on our website or contact the Turbo Egypt Customer Service team for assistance.

Return Processing Times

Cairo & Giza: Returns are normally collected and processed within 3–5 working days, including product quality inspection.
Other Governorates: Returns are normally collected and processed within 5–7 working days, including product quality inspection.

Return Conditions

A product may be returned within 14 days provided that:

  • The product is in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The product has not been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered.
  • The product is returned with its original packaging/box.
  • All original price tags, labels, and accessories remain attached and included.
  • The product is suitable for resale in its original condition.

If a returned product does not meet these conditions, Turbo Egypt reserves the right to reject the return.

In such cases, the product may be returned to the customer.

Return & Delivery Fees
Original delivery and return/collection fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the

refundable order value, where applicable.

3. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, the refund will be processed

through the same payment method used for the original purchase, where technically applicable.

Once the refund has been initiated by Turbo Egypt, the time required for the amount to appear in the customer's account depends on the relevant bank, payment gateway, or financing provider and may take approximately 3–14 working days.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for the same product/model in a different available size, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange:

  1. Submit the exchange request through the form available on our website, or contact Turbo Egypt Customer Service.
  2. Specify the required size.
  3. The original product will be collected from you.
  4. Once received by Turbo Egypt, the product will undergo a quality inspection.
  5. If approved, the replacement product will be shipped to you.

The exchange process normally takes 5–7 working days, depending on the customer's location and product availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, the customer may be offered an alternative solution at Turbo Egypt's discretion.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact Turbo Egypt Customer Service as soon as possible.

After inspection and confirmation of the defect, the product may be eligible for a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and availability.

Where the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, Turbo Egypt will handle the case in accordance with the applicable consumer protection requirements.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Due to the operational requirements of our delivery partners, inspection of the product upon delivery may not be permitted.

Customers are therefore encouraged to contact Turbo Egypt Customer Service promptly if they identify any issue with their order after delivery.

7. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, certain products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they are proven to have a manufacturing defect.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Socks
  • Underwear / boxers
  • Sports bras
  • Swimsuits
  • Headwear
  • Water bottles
  • Personal-use products
  • Supplements

Turbo Egypt reserves the right to determine whether a product falls within the non-returnable category based on its nature and intended use.

8. Important Notes

All returns and exchanges are subject to quality inspection and approval.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds are only processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Products purchased during special promotions, sales, or clearance campaigns may be subject to specific return and exchange conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Turbo Egypt reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. The applicable policy will be the one published on the website at the time of purchase.
