Estimated delivery times are generally 1–3 working days for Cairo & Giza and 3–5 working days for other governorates. These are estimates and may vary due to location, public holidays, peak periods, weather, or circumstances beyond Turbo Egypt's reasonable control. 6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are subject to the Turbo Egypt Refund & Exchange Policy published on the website.

Unless otherwise stated, eligible returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days from receipt of the order, subject to the applicable conditions and product eligibility requirements.
